When we reach the holy place of Sri Hemkunt Sahib we get a glimpse of Amrit Sarovar (The pond of Nectar) the tank is situated at the height of 15210 ft. above the sea level. This Sarovar is 400 yards long and 200 yards wide. This had been surrounded by the Himalayan peaks. On its three sides the Sapt Sring (seven peaks) are shining elegantly. These peaks change their colours according to the atmospheric conditions. Some times they look snow white, some times of golden colour, sometimes of crimson red colour and sometimes brown blue colour makes them mountains of jewels and rubies. The time has so changed that these seven peaks have been tamed by the devotees of Guru Gobind Singh. Now the seven peaks are adorned with the Kesari Nishan Sahibs every year. When on bright days we see towards these peaks these Nishan Sahibs look like pencils. There was time when no human being even imagined to climb over these seven peaks. But by the Grace of the Great Guru these peaks have become just a game of mountaineering for the Sikhs of Guru Gobind Singh.

All devotees shouldcarry there valid Identity proof.
Tickets made in Under PNR can be carried in 2 shift according to total weight of passengers this is right of the pilot/technician of aviation company.
Passengers for same day return will have to buy Priority Dharshanslip for if any charges issued by Hemkund Shahib organization (contact at Helipad).
Passengers weighing more than 80 kgs have to pay additional Rs 100/kg for additional weight.
The Same day Return Pax will get only 3-4 hrs for darshan at Hemkund shahib.
Children Above 2 years of age will be provided with a Full seat and will be charged full fare. For infants less than two years the fare will be 10% of the ticket cost and no seat will be provided to the infants.
All Passengers should report at the given reporting time, the boarding may take place any time after that depending on traffic and flight schedule.
Passengers areentitled only one piece of baggage weighing not more than 3 kilograms, any additional piece of baggage will not be allowed.
In case of cancellation of flight for the day due to any reason, the next day Passenger will be given priority over previous day Passenger. If the seats are not available on next day, full fare will be refunded else previous day passenger may be accommodated subject to availability of seat.
One can cancel the ticket online in this address rsttina@gmail.com OR booking@chardhama.com. The ticket can be two days before the of journey, this amount will be refunded within 2 weeks in same format of payment.

Policy of Cancellation Charges : Sundary charge/PG and GST not return/refund.
• Ten days or above before the date of journey deduction is - 25%
• Two days to Nine days before the date of journey deduction is - 35%
• Between 48 to 24 hours before the date of journey deduction is -50%
• Less than 24 hrs before the journey deduction is -100% ( No Refund )
* Should the flight be cancelled due to reason beyond our control, like bad weather, technical fault, and pilot illness, full refund is applicable. Two Way Passenger if wants refund for one-way fare i.e. will be refund Rs. 2875/- only irrespective of fare paid. Admin Charges and service tax will not return/refund.
