Cancellation & Refund Policy for kedarnath shuttle:
Sitapur/Sersi/Badasu/Phata/Guptkashi - Kedarnath - Sitapur/Sersi/Phata/Guptkashi (Same day) helipad Reporting time is 5 AM to 9 AM.
Sitapur/Sersi/Badasu/Phata/Guptkashi - Kedarnath - Sitapur/Sersi/Phata/Guptkashi (Night halt) helipad Reporting time is 10 AM to 12 Noon.
Sitapur/Sersi/Badasu/Phata/Guptkashi - Kedarnath (One way) helipad Reporting time is 12 Noon to 3 PM.
Kedarnath - Sitapur/Badasu/Sersi/Phata/Guptkashi (One way) Kedarnath helipad Reporting time is 5 Am to 8 AM.

Riddhi Siddhi Tours and Travels believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy.

    • This PNR/ PDT is subjuct to grant of permission by DGCA, NGT and Uttrakhand Govt and Aviation co. in favour RSTT/SKHS New Delhi, if we fail to arrange abovesaid 100% refund shell be given (Refundable amount) and non refundable/Sundry charge shall not be refunded.
    • Aviation company name will be informed a day befor travel date by email, phone call or sms this year Govt cost is 6350/ 6700/7300 as Sersi/Phata/Guptkashi respectbily.
    • Devotees of Kedarnath yatra/Chardham yatra must make Bio-metric card, it is issued in all important places like Haridwar, Dehradun, Rishikesh railway station and bus station of char dham route and all district in Uttarakhand.
    • All devotees should carry there valid Identity proof AADHAR is mendetry.
    • Tickets made in Under PNR can be carried in 2 shift according to total weight of passengers this is right of the pilot/technician of aviation company.
    • Passengers for same day return will have to buy Priority Dharshan slip, for if charges Rs. 2500/person issued by Shri Kedarnath Badrinath Mandir Samiti (available at Helipad).
    • Passengers weighing more than 80 kgs have to pay additional Rs 150/kg for additional weight.
    • The Same day Return Pax will get only 2 hrs for darshan at kedarnath Ji Dham.
    • Children Above 2 years of age will be provided with a full seat and will be charged full fare. For infants less than two years the fare will be 10% of the ticket cost and no seat will be provided to the infants.
    • All Passengers should report at the given reporting time, the boarding may take place any time after that depending on traffic and flight schedule.
    • Passengers are entitled only one piece of baggage weighing not more than 3 kilograms, any additional piece of baggage will not be allowed.
    • In case of cancellation of flight for the day due to any reason, the next day Passenger will be given priority over previous day Passenger. If the seats are not available on next day, full fare will be refunded else previous day passenger may be accommodated subject to availability of seat.
    • Any medical assistance or  casualty can get help call in toll free no 108 it is Uttrakhand Govt service.
    • One can cancel the ticket online in this address booking@chardhama.com OR rsttina@gmail.com The ticket can be two days before the of journey, this amount will be refunded within 2 weeks in same format of payment.
    • Disputes, if any , are to be settled by Courts in Delhi who will have the jurisdication in this regarard.

      Policy of Cancellation Charges :
    • admin/sundry charges and service tax/GST will not return/refund.
      • Ten days or above before the date of journey  deduction is  - 25%
      • Five days to Nine days before the date of journey  deduction is - 35%
      • Between 48 hrs to four days the date of journey deduction  is - 50%
      • Less than 48 hrs before the journey deduction is  -100% ( No Refund )
      * Should the flight be cancelled due to reason beyond our control, like bad weather, technical fault, and pilot illness, full refund is applicable. Two way Passenger if wants refund for one-way fare i.e. from Kedarnath Ji to Sersi/Phata/Guptkashi, the Refund will be Rs. 2500/- only irrespective of fare paid.

     

  • Manimahesh yatra package : Terms and Conditions :
    • Tour no 1 Yatra from Bharmour Includes : Normal Stay in Bharmour and Helicopter Bahrmour - Gaurikund - Bharmour (Same day) all taxes.
    • Tour no 2 Yatra from Bharmour Includes : Normal camp Stay in Gaurikund and Helicopter Bahrmour -Gaurikund -Bharmour (Night halt) all taxes.
    • Tour no 3 Yatra from Pathankot Includes : Car for 3 days Pathankot Bharmour Pathankot, 2 Nights Standard Stay in Bharmour, Helicopter Bahrmour Gaurikund Bharmour (Same day) all taxes.
    • This PNR/ PDT is subjuct to grant of permission by DGCA, NGT and Himachal Govt in favour RSTT/SKHS New Delhi, if we fail to arrange abovesaid 100% refund shell be given (Refundable amount) and non refundable/Sundry charge and GST shall not be refunded.
    • Same day Passengers reporting will be in the morning time from 05:30 hrs to 13:00 hrs. as informed & for night halt passenger’s reporting will be after 15:30 hrs only & there slots will be informed at Bharmour Office.
    • The time given to the passenger’s would be the reporting time only & it should not be considered as flight timings.
    • Passengers are requested to contact our Bharmour asistant contact person a day prior to their journey.
    • Same day passenger’s would be given preference other then over night halt one way passenger’s.
    • Passenger’s would be allocated flights on the following criteria : On the first come first serve basis.
    • The minimum waiting period of passenger’s would be 1 hour but it may exceed to 3,4 hours as per the ground situation such as wheater condition, time of refuelling,the helicopter or non-availability of passengers at either side.
    • If the flight is cancelled due to any reason such as bad weather, helicopter un serviceability etc…
      1. The full refund of the ticket would be accorded and sundry charges will not refund.
      2. No ticket would be carry forward to next day.
      3. No accommodation, meal or cost of transport would be paid or reimbursed or compensated.
      4. Passengers have to make their own necessary arrangements.
    • All out endeavours would be made to accommodate passenger in their own groups, however it may not be possible all times because of weight adjustment in the flight. The group may be divided in subsequent flights.
    • The passenger having more than 80 kg weight would be charged extra Rs.100/Kg in helipad & Pax more than 120 kg will have to take double ticket/ as per aviation co rule.
    • Handicapped, Children & old person (above 80 yrs) would be given preference.
    • Passenger may carry only 1 small bag of not more than 2kgs off weight in flight.
    • Excess volume baggage would not be allowed in helicopter flight.

    • This Travel document issued by the company shall be subject to their rules of cancellation as follows :Policy of Cancellation Charges :

      * Should the flight for Gaurikund be cancelled due to reason beyond our control, like bad weather, technical fault, and pilot illness, full refund is applicable. Two Way Passenger if wants refund for one-way fare i.e. will be refund as one way Rs. 2900 two way Rs. 5800 only irrespective of fare paid. Admin Charges and service tax/GST will not;return/refund.

       

    NOTE:- For safe helicopter flying is imperative that weight restriction parameters are adhered to strictly. We request the passengers to co-operate with our staff in this regard.

    The tour will be confirmed on 100% payment in advance.
    To book a tour package please use our online booking form or, alternatively, you can call us on the given numbers:

    Payment of deposit : Offline
    The deposit can be paid by cash/check/DD and for overseas tourists by wire transfer. Please indicate the tour cost indicate in your quotation. The planning process will begin on 20% initial deposit which is not refundable. The remaining deposit of 80% needs to be paid two months in advance to the tour date. When your payment transfer is done, please e-mail us a confirmation letter with the wire transfer details, so that we can follow up your reservation efficiently.

    When to book:
    It is wise to make your booking at least two months in advance. However, if you want a good deal on your international flight, we recommend organizing your trip at least six months in advance. You may contact us if you require a late booking also.
    In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any unavoidable circumstance/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the notification in writing.                      

    Policy of Cancellation Charges :

    Liabilities and responsibilities:
    It is in the nature of all programs that the arrangements have to be flexible. The day-to-day agenda and ultimate goal of a trip is taken as aims and not as contractual obligations. The agency will always try its very best to solve any problem you face during your trip, but cannot be held responsible for delays or alterations in the programs or for expenses incurred, owing to domestic flights delays or cancellation, strikes, local regulations, sickness, bad weather, war, major force, political closures and disputes.      

    Travel insurance :
    A travel insurance policy is vital if you go trekking. While most general travel insurances cover you against sickness, a trekking insurance is required to cover you for emergency evacuation, which could run into many thousands of dollars if a helicopter were required. We do not offer travel insurance policies, but we strongly recommend that you apply for one covering mountain rescue and emergency evacuation.              

    Flights : The tour package is inclusive of domestic flight charges. To book your domestic flight
    we will require the necessary information which can be sent after confirmation of your stay. Riddhi Siddhi Tours and Travels does not offer international flights in our readymade package.
